We hired Sheba and her team for 2 different projects. The first was to declutter and organize the home. She took away all the garbage, had the donations picked up, and boxed up what we wanted to keep but can't use right now. The boxes and bins were done so neatly and securely with clearly marked labels. The second time she came and packed our house for a move. Again everything was packed in a way that would to keep our items save during a move and make it easy to unpack. Sheba and her team listen and follow directions well while also making suggestions from their experience. Wanted to you share a sweet story about a client, Ethel.
Like any Senior who has been living in their home for 60+ years and raised her now adult kids, it's time to move on to the next chapter and downsize. Today we completed phase 1....what does that mean? We entered her home with dignity & respect, and started to purge her belongings. Ethel struggled, asked that we didn't remove some of the memories from the mantle and wall. This process was difficult for her and we understood her emotions and left those items as is for the time being. We are working with Ethel patiently through this transition.
